Convention de Stage (HSG template)

In certain countries such as France, the law stipulates that internships can only be served in the context of a degree course or an apprenticeship. For this reason, a so-called convention de Stage is always required for an internship. This is a contractual agreement between intern, employer and training institution.

A standardised contractual agreement (HSG template) in english or french is issued by the Dean's Advisory Office, as well as a confirmation of matriculation on an external document (pre-filled with all relevant personal data).

Please note: the agreement exempts employers from any insurance obligations. Students have to provide evidence that they have taken out a health and liability insurance.
