Access to records in the framework of a proceeding (notification, appeal, disciplinary proceeding, etc.) will continue to be free of charge.

Access to official records is only subject to a charge outside the framework of a proceeding.

Let us know in detail what records you would like to view. If you would like to have access to correspondence, then let us know precisely at what point in time, with which people/offices and about which issue the correspondence in question was conducted.

We will prepare this for you and notify you as soon as the records are ready for your inspection.
