In certain countries such as France, the law stipulates that internships can only be served in the context of a degree course or an apprenticeship. For this reason, a so-called convention de Stage is always required for an internship. This is a contractual agreement between intern, employer and training institution.
A Convention de Stage issued by a third party is legally reviewed and signed via the Dean's Advisory Office.
Please note: the agreement exempts employers from any insurance obligations. Students have to provide evidence that they have taken out a health and liability insurance.
If you wish a processing of an external Convention de Stage, let us know your precise wishes and/or detailed information about your order. When we have received your payment, a member of staff of the University of St.Gallen will contact you and inform you about further procedures or directly send you the documents you have ordered if all the data required for this are complete.
